Tracy is the Property Manager at Lakefront at Keystone, a 15-building office park in Indianapolis with almost one million square feet. She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience including managing Chicago high-rise office buildings, industrial parks, and indoor/outdoor retail shopping malls.
Before joining SCP, Tracy worked as Assistant General Manager for JLL Global Real Estate Services for eight years where she managed multiple office parks and industrial facilities. In 2013 JLL named her its regional and
national Excellence Team Player of the Year and in 2015 the firm honored her with the Outstanding Regional Support award. Prior to JLL, Tracy worked with CBRE for 10 years managing high-rise office buildings and
assisting with property acquisitions. Tracy is an active member of the local BOMA chapter.
Tracy graduated from Wesleyan University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration
