Rubenstein Partners is a Registered Investment Advisor and Fund Manager for a series of private equity funds focused on office investments throughout the United States.  The firm is vertically-integrated and provides first-class investment services on behalf of its investor base, which consists of some of the nation’s preeminent public and private pension funds, university endowments and family offices.

Prior to forming Rubenstein Partners, David Rubenstein and other members of the senior management team conducted their real estate activities through The Rubenstein Company – a large scale, vertically-integrated real estate operating company focused on commercial office investments in the Eastern United States – which dates back to 1969 and at its peak was one of the country’s largest private office owners.

After liquidating the predecessor company in 2004, the senior management team forms Rubenstein Partners.

The firm’s platform expands to include Rubenstein Mortgage Capital – a division of RP focused on debt investments, including originating first mortgages secured by transitional office and industrial/flex assets throughout the United States.
