Stephen joined Rubenstein Partners in 2014. As Regional Director of Washington DC, he is responsible for the firm’s investment and asset management activities in the region. Stephen is also a member of the Investment Committee.
Stephen re-joins the firm as he was Vice President and Director of Development at The Rubenstein Company between 1998 and 2003. Prior to re-joining the firm, Stephen worked at KBS Realty Advisors, Carr Properties and Lowe Enterprises and began his career at Cassidy Turley and JMB Realty Corporation. He graduated from the Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science.
Stephen is a member of NAIOP, was a founding member of the George Washington University Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis Advisory Board and is active in the real estate community
