Bruce joined The Rubenstein Company in 1998 and was a member of the senior management team that formed Rubenstein Partners. As General Counsel, he participates, from the legal perspective, in the firm’s acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, management, financing and investment management processes, and oversees the activities of the various outside counsel used by the firm.
Prior to joining The Rubenstein Company, Bruce was a member of the real estate departments at Dechert LLP and Blank Rome LLP. He graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Bruce also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England, and at the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England.
Bruce is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a former member of Dickinson College’s Alumni Council as well as the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Pennsylvania affiliate of the American Heart Association.
