Rubenstein Partners L.P. recently bought Interstate North Office Park, an older 11-building development in Cobb County’s Cumberland area that’s searching for a boost.
Rubenstein acquired the nearly 1-million-square-foot property for $87 million, according to Cobb County real estate records. Interstate North is only 60 percent leased, but its new owner believes the office park has location and timing on its side.
